Das Einsatzspektrum unserer Software GT-SUITE / GT-POWER umfasst die Modellierung und Berechnung von Motorleistung (Verbrennungsmotor oder E-Maschine) und Emissionen (vRDE), EV/HEV Energiemanagement, thermischer Sicherheit und Fahrzeugklimatisierung, Ölkreisläufen und Einspritzsystemen und vielen weiteren interessanten und neuartigen Anwendungen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung unserer Software Aktivitäten im Bereich Längsdynamik & Verbrauchsimulation (d.h. Hybridfahrzeug, Fahrzyklusberechnung, Elektrofahrzeug,…)
  • Kundenbetreuung in ganz Europa, auch vor Ort.
  • Schnittstelle zur Softwareentwicklung für kundenspezifische Entwicklungswünsche.
  • Durchführung von Lösungspräsentationen / Projekten / Workshop & Seminar
  • Modellbildung & Simulation mit GT-SUITE

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Fahrzeugtechnik, Motorentechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrungen (z.B. Masterarbeit) im Bereich Längsdynamik oder Verbrauchsimulation wäre von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Bereich „Modellbildung und Simulation“ oder mit kommerziellen Programmen (z.B. GT-SUITE, AVL.Cruise, Dymola, Simulink/Simscape od. AMESim) wünschenswert

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting Manager

Growing software development company in Western Suburbs needs a bright, motivated, leader to take over accounting responsibilities.  This position will report directly to the CFO and have a staff of two, including a staff accountant and accounting assistant.

Currently, the company has ~80 employees, a subsidiary in Germany and several global relationships with agents/consultants.  In addition to the usual accounting tasks associated with running a global business, there is a transfer pricing agreement in place with respect to the German operation, an annual R&D credit calculation and tax filing requirements in 7 states, including Illinois.  As a pro-active organization, there are also ongoing accounting/compliance projects each year.

Due to recent organizational changes, there will be several new challenges as follows:

  • Conversion to GAAP accounting

Graphic Design Intern

We are looking for a talented, creative, and motivated graphic design intern to help with development of graphical assets for use within our software. We make GT-SUITE, a sophisticated desktop software package for simulating engine and vehicle performance. It is quite broad in scope, spanning model building, 3D solid modeling and graphics, a UI to enable users to make their own components, complex data handling and sharing; security (encryption, etc.), distributed computing, plotting, and 3D/2D animation.

The software suite will be undergoing a complete visual redesign for a version to be launched in the fall of 2015 and will require a wide range of new icons and images to be designed and iterated upon. The goal is to deliver a comprehensive and consistent-looking set of assets to be used across the applications for several years to come. The position may also require other graphic design tasks on an as-needed basis that may include things like technical drawings, template icons, and help images.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design a complete set of icons to be used throughout GT-SUITE applications
  • Develop a comprehensive and consistent look and feel for the UI elements of the application
  • Iterate on designs with application engineers
  • Assist in development of visual assets such as technical drawings, diagrams, and charts
  • Provide input on improvements to the overall software UI design

  • Première Expérience de modélisation et de simulation avec l’utilisation de logiciel 0D/1D dans le domaine de la boucle d’air et remplissage moteur (ex: en priorité GT-POWER, Wave, Boost) ou dans d’autres domains de la 0D/1D (ex: avec notre upgrade GT-SUITE ou d’autres logiciels de type Dymola, AMESim ou SimulationX).
  • Très bonne capacité de communication en équipe et en clientèle.
