Software Overview WHAT IS GT-POWER-XRT?

GT-POWER-xRT is a real time engine plant model solution. Using the same governing equations as GT-POWER, GT-POWER-xRT has been tailored specifically for the needs of both vehicle system simulation and ECU calibration, providing unparalleled execution speed, thus allowing for increased model complexity on the test bench.

GT-POWER-xRT can be used for virtual calibration. This allows engineers to develop calibrations virtually. This reduces the testing space and save time and money. Engineers can tune everything form air-handling, fueling, combustion, etc. all before an expensive test begins.

Due to the physics model of GT-POWER-xRT, a user is able to have the model used for basic diagnostic tuning and algorithm development exercises. This allows diagnostic engineer to have a better understanding of thresholds and can then dial it in with an actual test.
