The seminar will include topics relating to vehicle coolant and underhood modeling as well as engine heat distribution modeling. Engine heat distribution models allow the prediction of heat rejection to coolant/oil at any operating condition, and may be used to study concepts for reducing fuel consumption by optimizing energy flows to minimize friction during transient warmup events. The following are the primary topics to be covered:
- Modeling best practices for coolant and underhood systems
- New Features of V7.5 related to Vehicle Thermal Management
- Modeling Engine Heat Distribution
- Modeling of two-phase flow systems (hybridization, battery cooling)
- Overview of new features of GT-SUITE 2016 related to Thermal Management

- Dato che la sala ove si terrà il seminario ha una capacità limitata, sarà data priorità agli OEM ed ai fornitori.
- L’aula dove si terrà il seminario sarà equipaggiata di PC sui quali sarà installato e disponibile GT-SUITE v7.5, anche se non sarà indispensabile usare il codice durante la giornata.
