This seminar highlights the modeling capabilities with GT-SUITE to address NVH related problems that require a multi-physics based platform to capture different possible operational modes.
It’s intended to give an overview on NVH modeling and solver capabilities in GT-SUITE (linear, non-linear, time domain and frequency domain) and is divided into:

– Applications related to modeling flow acoustics such as duct acoustics, intake and exhaust, fuel systems and hydraulics circuits.
– Mechanical NVH such as the transient vibration modeling related to start/stop systems, as well as the overall interaction with the rest of the mechanical components on the engine side (DMF, cranktrain, FEAD) but also on subsequent driveline and transmission.
– Detailed compressor and pump modelling and the interaction of the mechanical and flow modeling solutions for pressure pulsations investigations

Due to the limited room capacity, seats will be allocated preferentially to commercial customers.
