This FREE seminar will introduce new features of GT-SUITE Version 7.4 relevant to thermal management for engine and general topics. This seminar is primarily targeted to existing users of GT-SUITE mainly by powertrain and vehicle department. If you are interested in modeling thermal management systems with GT-SUITE, but have no prior experience, please consider the following classes:

 
This seminar is one part of a complete seminar consisting of two half-day sessions with a focus on vehicle topics in the morning session and a focus on engine heat distribution and general topics in the afternoon session (feel free to attend either or both).  Due to limited room capacity, seats will be allocated preferentially to OEMs and suppliers.    
 
Seminar topics for this afternoon session will include: 
  • Implicit solver and general flow components
  • GT-ISE developments relevant to thermal management
  • New developments in GEM3D (converting 3D CAD to GT model)

               -Creating thermal masses from CAD data

  •  Thermal library and finite element cylinder structure

Computers will NOT be available for this seminar and are not required.
