Fast Running Engine Models and SiL-HiL – 10/27/15 PM

This FREE half-day seminar will focus on the creation and use of GT-SUITE FRM’s (Fast Running Models) for use in co-simulation and XiL (MiL, SiL, HiL) applications.  The semi-automated creation of FRM’s using the new FRM Creator Tool will be the first topic of the workshop.  This will be followed by a session on using such models in a general co-simulation environment, with GT as the master platform, or with GT as the slave to some other master platform.  Next, the capability of automatically exporting a GT model for Simulink will be highlighted, illustrating the turnkey mechanisms available within GT for preparing a model for use in SiL applications.  Finally, the workshop will finish up with a session on preparing GT models for HiL applications, including a live demo on a National Instruments HiL system.
