Summer Intern – Application Engineer-Mechanics

Gamma Technologies, LLC (GT) is looking for a Summer Intern with a solid work ethic, excellent judgment, and a desire to build a long-term career with us.

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to aid us in building on our success. A summer internship position (extension to subsequent terms is possible) to assist in the development and support of our GT-SUITE software is available.  Typical responsibilities include:

  • Develop and test mathematical models and computational schemes for analysis of mechanical, multi-body systems ranging from 1D to 3D
  • Conduct independent research aimed at designing and defining new software features and functionality
  • Work with the development team toward general improvement of the software
  • Update existing solvers to incorporate new technologies
  • Create models and apply the software to analysis of various physical phenomena
  • Help with testing of new software versions/installations
