Position Summary

As an engineer in the Engineering Operations team, your role is to make sure that GT can develop our software efficiently by ensuring the right software solutions are in place internally. Specifically, you will assess the needs of our product-facing teams (e.g., R&D and Applications Engineering), solicit and evaluate software solutions, and implement & support the internal use of software applications. Additionally, you will design processes surrounding the use of these software applications, ensure internal standards are met & onboard new employees.   

Examples of potential software focus areas: issue/project management, revision control, development environments & various in-house developed tools used during product development. 

An additional area of responsibility will be to define best practices directly related to GT-SUITE product development, including feature design, development, and testing.  

 Job Responsibilities

  • Identify commercial software solutions that can improve product development productivity
  • Manage evaluation, implementation, rollout, support & maintenance of software for internal use, coordinating with user-base & management as needed to understand requirements
  • Develop and report KPIs related to internal efficiency improvement from software use & process compliance
  • Participate in software integration & on-boarding of acquisitions
  • In addition to a focus on commercial software solutions, own and propose improvements to software developed internally that aids our development process
  • Develop, document & maintain processes for GT-SUITE software design, development, and testing

Education, Experience, and Skills

  • BS or BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other similar technical degrees
  • 3+ years’ experience working as a product manager for software development (internally and/or commercial solutions)

  • Experience with administration of revision control systems is desired
  • Experience with CAE products such as GT-SUITEis highly preferred

  • Assist customers in their use of our software to design and simulate electric motors, including electromagnetic design, motor controls, thermal security, and noise vibration and harshness (NVH) analysis.

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, smart, and self-starting application engineer to join our User Experience team and assist our clients in making the most of our software. With GT-advanced SUITE’s user interface, our customers can design, run, and evaluate output generated by our physics engine.

You will collaborate closely with highly skilled engineers from many of the top businesses in the automotive and other sectors, who utilize our software to hasten the development of new products and lessen environmental impact. This role will assist the User Experience team to develop our model builder (GT-ISE). This function is anticipated to change in a similar manner when we embark on the path to convert GT’s desktop apps into online applications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to identify and prioritize UI / UX development opportunities to deliver best-in-class software
  • Define and own the long-term vision for the user experience of key components of GT-SUITE’s model-building user interface
  • Act as product owner for your assigned areas of our user interface

Account Executive – Texas

Gamma Technologies, LLC (GT) is looking for a results-driven Account Executive, with a strong background in computer-aided engineering (CAE) simulation software sales.  Our ideal candidate will work remotely and must reside in Texas within a reasonable distance of an airport.

Position Summary

The Account Executive (“AE”) will work with existing and prospective customers to secure sales opportunities.  This will involve the cultivation of relationships, gaining an understanding of customers’ needs, and helping customers realize the value of GT’s software.

This position requires an individual with a commitment to growth, accountability, and a demonstrated track record of selling a complex business-to-business (“B2B”) Computer Aided Engineering (“CAE”) simulation software solution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Broaden the use of GT solutions in named GT customers in the Southwestern US territory. (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Colorado, Arkansas).

The position of IT Intern is to support the staff by providing employees with helpdesk support and computer setup in an integrated, high-tech work environment. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties such as fulfilling help desk tickets, setting up computers, and working with computer applications.
