Attorney

Gamma Technologies, LLC (GT) is looking for an Attorney with a solid work ethic, excellent judgment, and a desire to build a long-term career with us.

Position Summary

The attorney will draft and review inbound and outbound contracts, conduct legal research, and work with external counsel when required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, proofread, and process legal documents, including but not limited to licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, and custom documents.
  • Prepare for and participate in/be responsible for client negotiations on such legal documents.
  • Research and learn/stay up to date on current and new practice areas as needed.
  • Maintain and update contract management tool.
  • Investigate facts and law and search pertinent sources, such as public records and internet sources, to determine course of action.
  • Gather and analyze research data, such as statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, and documents.
  • Draft and type memos and letters.
  • Assist external counsel and employees with visa applications and other USCIS matters.
  • Review client licensing and non-disclosure status for validity and currency.
  • Receive and place telephone calls.
  • Schedule and make appointments.
  • Scan, upload, and file documents.
  • Calendar/deadline management.

Education, Experience and Skills

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

  • Juris doctor degree
  • 1+ year experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines through to timely completion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities with little oversight.
