This three day event is designed to provide the knowledge necessary to design, evaluate, and optimize cooling and HVAC systems for hybrid and electric vehicles using GT-SUITE. The agenda includes:
Day 1: Introduction to GT-SUITE
Learn the basics of GT-SUITE including 1-D mechanical, thermal, and flow simulation, model setup, post-processing, and more.
Day 2: Thermal Management Modeling for EVs
Single-phase and two-phase circuits and components will be modeled and discussed. This includes electric fans and pumps, heat-exchangers, compressors, cabin, and more.
Day 3: Advanced Topics
This day will cover more complex and applied challenges such as electrified powertrain modeling and integration, 3D pre-processors, e-motor cooling, cabin comfort, and model management.
