Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Gamma Technologies, LLC (“GT”) is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) Manager to join its Finance team.

Position Summary

In this newly created role, the FP&A Manager will contribute to GT’s global planning and forecasting processes, producing comprehensive monthly reporting packages, and being a financial partner within the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and Finance and Accounting colleagues to identify opportunities to improve financial performance aimed at maximizing top- and bottom-line performance
  • Buildout and maintain an agile, historical dataset to facilitate ad hoc data requests from internal stakeholders and investors
  • Participate in the annual revenue and non-compensation operating expense budgeting process, on both a consolidated and subsidiary level
  • Manage the monthly forecast process
  • Create detailed financial and analytical models to forecast and analyze revenue performance, sales and marketing efficiencies, and pricing optimization
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators on a monthly and ad hoc basis
  • Support merger and acquisition (“M&A”) activities, including but not limited to valuation analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, documentation, and data integration
  • Prepare business cases for new initiatives (e.g., market sizing, industry diversification, geographical expansion, etc.)
  • Participate in the build-out of the Finance and Accounting business applications ecosystem; this could include:
    • Configure, Price, Quote (“CPQ”) for Sales Force
    • Corporate Performance Management (“CPM”) for NetSuite
    • Dashboards
    • BI Tools
  • Educate the business on how to interpret financial data and access financial reports

Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar analytical discipline; MBA and/or CPA, highly preferred
  • Five years’ experience in FP&A working for either a technology or professional services business
  • Expert level experience with financial modelling, capable of building models from scratch
  • Stakeholder in Tool/System expansion – broad experience including selection, implementation and maintenance, a plus
  • Demonstrated success in developing financial reports, budget templates, and dashboards
  • Familiarity with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to efficiently manipulate large amounts of data
  • Experience with data management tools, NetSuite and/or Salesforce a plus
  • Comfortable in a hybrid environment, with virtual collaboration
