Corporate Technical Recruiter

The Corporate Technical Recruiter is at the forefront of our Global HR program as we focus on delivering the highest quality of hires to our business, while reducing time to hire.  We recruit for a wide variety of skills with particular focus in the engineering and high-tech sectors.

Position Summary

In this role you will execute the talent acquisition process from manager intake meetings through sourcing/screening candidates, managing the interview process, to converting candidates to new hires.  Responsibilities include tracking open positions and identifying potential candidates through various forms of networking and recruitment, screening resumes, conducting phone screen interviews, and coordinating and communicating with hiring managers throughout the process. Job Responsibilities

General

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to ensure a seamless, uniform and incredibly positive candidate experience.
  • Create a scalable process that meets the needs of our growing company.
  • Work internally with hiring managers to understand positions and team needs.
  • Write compelling job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements.
  • Interview the longlist and present a shortlist to the hiring manager.
  • Coordinate a candidate’s interview process to ensure seamless candidate experience.
  • Work with HR team to ensure a smooth and professional on-boarding of employees.
  • ATS optimization, job description reviews and writing, job posting optimization, working with the marketing team, campaign planning and talent planning.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and current information to track recruiting affirmative action statistics.
  • Launch, build, and manage Gamma’s internship program experience.
  • Help Gamma build diverse and inclusive teams.

 Education, Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a corporate recruiter in an engineering or high-tech setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in/with recruiting competencies.
  • Experience in search (social media, job boards, etc.) and can suggest creative sourcing strategies.
  • Recruiting experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred:
    • Software Development & Design, Simulation Software, Engineering, Business Services.
    • Experience recruiting for different positions in Europe and Asia is a plus.
  • Strong relationship builder, capable of quickly getting buy-in from hiring managers and candidates.
  • Flexible, resilient, pragmatic, and resourceful.
  • Critical thinking and candidate interviewing skills.
  • A candidate-centric attitude and drive to provide incredible experiences for every person we interact with.
