This FREE half-day seminar highlights how to utilize GT-SUITE to model pumps and compressors. Pumps and compressors are used across a wide range of applications in GT-SUITE including hydraulic, fuel, lubrication, cooling, transmission, HVAC, and aftertreatment systems.
This seminar will focus on how this machinery can be studied in detail to predict performance, flow and pressure pulsations, NVH issues, friction, and support bearing performance. You will learn how to model different types of pumps and compressors in GT-SUITE including positive and variable displacement, gerotor, vane, piston, swashplate, scroll and more. Relevant new features in GT-SUITE 2019 will also be introduced.
Computers are not required and will not be provided, although anyone is welcome to bring their own laptops. If there are any questions about the content of this seminar, please contact the instructor.
